An internal applicant tracking system for the Johns Hopkins University CS department to hire CAs!!
About this Project
Project CAAMS is a full-stack software project headed by Professor Ali Madooei. I started working on it on June 3rd, 2022 as a Full Stack Dev.
We first started by coming up with user stories. We created three different categories according to the MoSCoW method: could have, must-have, and should-have. Then we started creating stories under each categories for the feature groups such as the Dashboard, Auth, Analytics, etc.
After we finished an intial rending of all the user stories, we researched some exisiting solutions as well as technologies and resources to help our development. These ranged from microservices, and no code/low code solutions to what table/data grids to use.
Overall, I have learned a lot from working on this project with Prof. Madooei for both front-end and back-end development. I have really enjoyed the whole process creating something from scratch.
